EasyLimited Gold
£112 per month (Excl VAT)

If you’re able to register for Flat Rate VAT, this is the package for you.

Flat rate VAT is a great way to increase your ‘take home’ income. Please note however that VAT registration can take some time, so if you’re planning to contract for less than three months it will not be worth it to register for VAT, and the EasyLimited Silver package will be a better choice.

If you earn more than £43000 per year, or if you plan to pay for any business expenses from your personal bank account (like travel cards etc), EasyLimited Silver is for you.

Personal tax planning and PAYE scheme registration is included in this package, both of which will benefit you greatly.

1 We can assist you in opening a HSBC business bank account. For other banks we’ll provide the required documentation but you will have to liaise with your bank.

2 All these prices are quoted with the assumption that you: raised your invoices, accepted payment and paid yourself according to the information you supplied on EasyLimited.co.uk. If we have to amend any of the information you supplied, or if we have to add any backdated transactions (older than 7 days) that you neglected to enter on EasyLimited.co.uk we will charge an additional £50 plus VAT per hour for the amendments

Company Setup:

We charge a once-off non-refundable fee of £18 plus VAT to incorporate a new Limited Company. This fee is payable as soon as you submit the company name for registration.

A new Limited Company usually takes between 5 and 24 working hours to incorporate, but we cannot guarantee these time frames. All company formations are done through the Companies House Electronic Incorporation Service. In other words as soon as you submit payment for the incorporation the incorporation request is instantly logged with Companies House. After this we have no control over the incorporation process, but in the vast majority of cases your company will be incorporated within 24 working hours.

Company Bank Account:

Once your company is incorporated you have to apply for a company bank account. Your limited company will not be able to trade before the company bank account is opened.

We will assist you in opening a HSBC business bank account. For all other bank or building society’s we’ll supply you with the required company information to set up the bank account but it will be up to you to liaise with the bank until the account is opened. Please note we have no control over the business bank account opening process (HSBC included). We only supply the required company information. No refunds will be provided in the unlikely event that the bank denies your business bank account application.

Time frames for opening business bank accounts vary from bank to bank and application to application. We have no control over this process. We will not refund any fees because of any delay in the bank account opening process. Our responsibility for managing your limited company starts when the company gets incorporated. With this in mind we start charging our monthly accounting fee as soon as the company is incorporated.

VAT:

You do not have to register for VAT. You only have to register for VAT once your company turnover exceeds £70000 within a 12 month period. Below £70 000 it’s voluntary. We charge a once off VAT or Flat Rate VAT registration fee of £100 plus VAT. VAT registrations can take between 4 and 8 weeks. You can not register for VAT before you’ve received payment for your first invoice. As soon as your company is registered for VAT you will automatically be upgraded to the Gold Service.

Personal Tax Return:

As the director of a Limited Company, Inland Revenue requires that you submit a Self Assessment Personal Tax Return on an annual basis. This tax return is not part of the statutory legal filings for your limited company, it’s a tax return you have to submit in a personal respect.

Paying us for our service:

As soon as you submit your company incorporation request on EasyLimited your personal debit or credit card will be charged with the company incorporation fee of (£18 plus VAT). Your next payment will be deducted in arrears one calendar month later.

The payment amount will depend on your service level (Gold, Silver or Bronze). Payments are made in arrears. The monthly payments will continue until you decide to either cancel your service with us or if you decide to close your limited company.

Company Closure:

As soon as you submit a company closure request you will be requested to make a £10 dissolution payment to Companies House. As soon as this payment is made your monthly standing order will be cancelled. We do not charge any closure fees IF you raised your invoices, accepted payment and paid yourself according to the information you supplied on EasyLimited.co.uk.

If we have to amend any of the information you supplied, or if we have to add any backdated transactions (older than 7 days) that you neglected to enter on EasyLimited.co.uk we will charge an additional £50 plus VAT per hour for the amendments.

Cancelling your service agreement:

As soon as you submit a service cancellation request your monthly standing order will be cancelled and no further fees will be deducted. We will hand over (to you or your new accountant) all your company information as it is on EasyLimited at the time of the cancellation request
